   • Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next working day.

2. Shipping Charges:

   • Free Shipping on all orders above ₹1999.

   • For orders below this amount, a standard shipping charge of ₹50 will apply.

3. Delivery Timeframe:

   • Standard delivery within 3-7 business days depending on your location.

   • Remote or interior areas may take additional time.

4. Delivery Partners:

   • We partner with trusted courier services like Blue Dart, Delhivery, and DTDC to ensure secure and timely delivery.

5. Order Tracking:

   • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email/SMS to monitor your delivery status.

6. Incorrect Address Disclaimer:

   • Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. FitnessKeeda is not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by customers.

7. Undelivered Packages:

   • If your package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, you will be contacted for re-shipping arrangements (additional charges may apply).

8. International Shipping:

   • Currently, we only ship within India. International shipping services are not available at this time.

9. Delayed Deliveries:

   • While we aim to deliver on time, unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, strikes, or courier delays may impact delivery schedules.
