Overview Our return and refund policy is designed to provide you with a seamless shopping experience. We offer a 30-day return policy. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
Eligibility for Return To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, sealed, and in its original packaging. Items must be returned with a valid receipt or proof of purchase.

Sale Items Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale or discounted items are final purchases and cannot be refunded unless defective or damaged.
Exchanges We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. For exchange requests, please contact us at email address and mail your item to physical address.
Gift Returns If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit once your return is approved. For gifts shipped to the buyer who later gave you the item, refunds will be issued to the original purchaser.
